Nothing on WealthCalm is investment, tax, or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Advisory services are provided only under a written advisory agreement with Montcalm. Reflections are a starting point
Survey results and summaries in WealthCalm reflect your own answers back to you. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a recommendation.
Portfolio information
If you connect your Addepar account, WealthCalm shows your portfolio information for your convenience. Statements from your custodian are the official record of your accounts. If they differ, your custodian's statement governs.
Your account
Keep your login private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Using WealthCalm
Please don't misuse WealthCalm. That includes trying to access information that isn't yours, interfering with the site, or copying its content in bulk.
What you share
What you write remains yours. You allow Montcalm to use it to serve you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The WealthCalm name, brand, and content belong to Montcalm. The technology behind WealthCalm is licensed to Montcalm.
Gatherings
Each gathering sets its own registration, pricing, deposit, and cancellation terms, shown on its page.
Other sites
WealthCalm links to other sites, such as Montcalm's scheduling and gathering pages. Their own terms apply there.
No guarantees
WealthCalm is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be either.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits Montcalm's duties to you, including its fiduciary duty to advisory clients, or waives any right you have under federal or state law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
Governing law
California law governs these terms.
